Associate Operations Coordinator

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Associate Operations Coordinator in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. This role is primarily in the logistics and transportation industry where you will be responsible for executing various office functions, maintaining customer relations, and ensuring operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Efficiently handle customer service inquiries and manage communication with utmost professionalism Execute tasks such as creating orders, activating shipments, building and assigning loads, scheduling appointments, and tracking shipments Stay proactive in monitoring task boards and assigned email accounts to promptly respond to customer and carrier requests Ensure the accuracy of load data in systems according to standards set by the company and customer Document events utilizing knowledge gained through standard operating procedures and experience, and follow defined escalation procedures when required Validate and maintain the quality of customer service by following through on customer or carrier requests to ensure satisfaction Utilize Microsoft Office Suite of programs for various tasks and report generation Contribute to innovation and business growth by valuing a diverse and inclusive work environment Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures in all tasks Handle other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country-specific requirements. Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Teams. Proven experience in managing office functions and shipping operations. Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to train team members and execute standard operation procedures effectively. Prior experience in a call center environment is a plus. Strong time management and prioritization skills. Ability to schedule appointments and manage invoices efficiently. A keen eye for quality control and adherence to company policies. Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment. High level of creativity and innovation, contributing to business growth.
