Manages workflow that determines priority, level of support, and type of engagement

Provides investigative support to Corporate Security Investigators while maintaining a high level of confidentiality

Collaborates with internal stakeholders (e.g Enterprise Health & Safety, Enterprise Information Security, Human Capital / Employee Relations, Legal and Real Estate Services) along with external customers in gathering information to ensure exceptional level of investigations support occurs

Handles customer calls for the reporting of security incidents in a call center environment

Monitors risk intelligence applications for potential security risks and threats towards the enterprise

Manages multiple issues concurrently

Interacts with peers, management, and senior leaders in a constantly evolving environment to ensure a positive customer experience and atmosphere in the workplace

Position will require shift work to support 24x7 operations

2+ years of experience prioritizing and balancing multiple priorities and projects

2+ years of experience handling sensitive and confidential information

2+ years of experience collecting, analyzing and sharing metrics and findings from multiple data sources

2+ years of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Ability to work 1:30 - 10:00 PM CT

Ability to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in the Eden Prairie, MN office)

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of Physical Security controls and end to end life cycle of incident response

2+ years of experience of documenting processes and procedures while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects, and deadlines

1+ years of experience providing investigative support, or conducting investigations

Experience, comfort and familiarity with engaging law enforcement

Experience working in a security operations center or similar environment

Experience managing a security process, intake workflow
