Must be a valid driverThis is a position that provides a personalized blend of in-home and in-community services that focus on the support and skill development a person needs to maintain and/or increase their independence and teach individual life-skills. The goals will look different for each person-served that you provide support to, and this position will work both in-community and in-home settings. Staff will work with multiple person-served and will need to use their own personal vehicle to drive to and from shifts and to transport the person-served. Mileage reimbursement is offered.Wage: $19.50/hour
Listed pay range is based on experience level and may vary depending on an individuals skills and qualifications.Available locations and schedules:Full Time, between the hours of 9a-5p, Monday-SaturdaySchedules are subject to change based on the individuals needsThis is a flexible, day position supporting multiple programs and services throughout the East Metro areaThese may include, but are not limited to, Employment, IHS, and Residential services. Staff will receive their work schedule approximately two weeks in advance and will be assigned to locations that require additional supportAs a Float, you will assist individuals with attending appointments, engaging in community activities, developing job skills, and achieving greater independence. By building relationships, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the individuals you support to coordinate schedules, appointments, and community involvement based on their individual needs and preferencesCandidates must have a reliable personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance, and be willing to travel between various locations. Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement will be provided.
