Description We are looking for a diligent Lease Administrator to join our team in the Restaurants & Catering industry. The primary function of this role is to manage and organize data from approximately 2,000 leases from a national food brand lease portfolio into a lease administration system. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity for an estimated time frame of 10-12 weeks. Responsibilities: Review and process lease data points using both technology and manual resources for consolidation into the leasing system. Monitor and maintain accurate records of the time period of each lease, including the term of the contract from the effective date to the termination date and future renewal options. Track and record annual rental rate along with past and future rent escalation dates and escalation type. Identify and summarize specific lease clauses for consolidation. Ensure all pages of individual documents are in the correct order and remove any blank pages that were scanned. Save the audited document using the naming convention provided. Support the consolidation of the agreement/amendments by organizing them per contract group and ordering documents. Create a table of contents page within the consolidated PDF that provides bookmarks to various documents. Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and manipulation tasks. Apply skills in Lease Administration and Contract Management to efficiently perform all tasksRequirements Possess strong skills in Lease Administration, with a proven track record in handling leasing contracts. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis. Demonstrable experience in the Restaurants & Catering industry is desirable. Ability to interpret and explain lease terms and conditions effectively. Proven experience in managing and maintaining lease records and databases. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with landlords, tenants and other stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. High attention to detail and the ability to identify errors in contracts and reports.
