Description We are a manufacturing industry company, located in Golden Valley, Minnesota, and are actively looking for a Sr. Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing the full recruitment cycle, overseeing a diverse range of roles while collaborating with HR Business Partners. Responsibilities: Effectively manage the entire recruitment cycle for a broad range of roles, including commercial, marketing, finance, product management, and some engineering and technology positions. Develop proactive pipeline building strategies based on business needs and execute sourcing sprints as required. Foster a consultative approach, building rapport quickly with leaders and candidates alike. Ensure timely communication updates by establishing a regular update cadence. Maintain a keen attention to detail, adhering to the numerous steps involved in our recruitment process. Demonstrate strong leadership management skills in recruitment, capable of learning and adapting on the go. Utilize various tools for recruitment, including Workday, LI Recruiter Seat, Talent Neuron, Phenom, and more. Display a strong source-driven approach and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Comfortably navigate through ambiguity and gray areas.Requirements Minimum of 10 years of experience working in a manufacturing industry as a recruiter. Proficient in using the Applicant Track System for tracking and managing recruitment processes. Proficient in Cold Calling techniques to attract potential candidates. Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and team members. Familiarity with Workday and Workday Recruiting software for managing recruitment processes. Experience in Engineering Recruiting, Corporate Recruiting, and Executive recruiting.
