Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our client's team on a contract basis during their busy season. This role is essential in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring their needs are met. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing applications, and managing customer accounts. Responsibilities:
Assisting clients efficiently and effectively over the phone
Keeping customer records confidential and secure
Utilizing MS Office software to maintain accurate customer records
Handling both inbound and outbound phone calls
Help customers troubleshoot their product, issue a refund, or send a new product all together
Return customer voicemails in a timely manner
Document customer conversations while on the phone
Requirements
Proficiency in MS Office
Prior experience in a customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
High attention to detail and accuracy in all work
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to the overall success of the team
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Must be flexible with work hours, able to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak business hours as needed
