Description Robert Half is partnering with a Manufacturer, and sourcing for a Contracts Manager.The Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the contract lifecycle, from initiation to closeout. Job Description:
Lead the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalizing contracts to ensure compliance with legal and business requirements
Review customer and supplier contracts for discrepancies with quality and contractual provisions.
Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, and Operations to mitigate risk as part of the evaluation of contract terms
Identify potential risks in contracts and work proactively to mitigate them.
Conduct negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Maintain accurate and organized contract files and documentation.
Ensure that all contracts are properly executed and stored in accordance with company policies.
Requirements
