Description Position Summary: This position is responsible for receiving donated goods while providing excellent customer service to Goodwill donors. Responsible for sorting donated goods and delivering them to the merchandise pricing staff to meet daily production standards and goals. Promotes and adheres to Goodwill-Easter Seals\' mission and values. A day in the life:In a typical day, a Donations Processor can expect to Store Operations: Follows policies and procedures and executes directives in a timely manner. Position Type: Administration-Nonlicensed Location: Educational Service Center Closing Date: Until Filled Director of Information Systems & Security Overview Job Summary: The Director of Information Systems and Security will be responsible for overseeing and leading all strategic initiatives related to enterprise information systems, operational network management, and digital and information security. This position plays a critical role in safeguarding our digital infrastructure, ensuring data privacy and security, and supporting the efficient and effective use of technology across the district. Responsibilities: Oversee Strategic Work around Enterprise Information Systems: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the management and optimization of the district\'s enterprise information systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system needs, evaluate existing systems, and recommend enhancements or new systems where necessary. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and availability of information systems, including student information systems, human resources systems, financial systems, and other related systems. Establish and enforce policies and procedures to govern the use, access, and security of enterprise information systems. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in system functionality and effectiveness. Oversee Strategic Work around Operational Network and Network Security: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the management, maintenance, and security of the district\'s operational network infrastructure. Collaborate with network administrators to ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of the network infrastructure across all district locations. Oversee network monitoring and troubleshooting to proactively identify and resolve issues, minimizing downtime and disruptions. Implement and enforce network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, access controls, and encryption protocols. Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies to mitigate risks. Oversee Strategic Work around Digital and Information Security: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for digital and information security across the district. Establish and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures to protect digital assets, including sensitive data, systems, applications, and infrastructure. Lead incident response efforts in the event of a security breach or cyberattack, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, conducting forensic investigations, and implementing corrective actions. Conduct regular security awareness and training programs for staff and students to promote best practices and ensure a culture of security. Stay abreast of evolving security threats and industry best practices, and implement appropriate measures to safeguard against them. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information systems, cyber security or a related field with relevant experience Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in information systems management, network administration, and information security, preferably in an educational or public sector environment. Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience OR Associates degree in computer science, information systems, cyber security or a related field CETL Certification Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in information systems management, network administration, and information security, preferably in an educational or public sector environment. Minimum of 7 years of supervisory experience AND Strong knowledge of enterprise information systems, network infrastructure, and information security principles and best practices. Familiarity with K-12 educational environments and associated compliance requirements (e.g., FERPA, CIPA). Familiarity with NIST cybersecurity standards Demonstrated leadership bilities with the capacity to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
