Seasonal Tax Preparer
Mr. Tax of America in Robbinsdale has a unique opportunity for full and/or part-time, long-term seasonal tax preparer. Flexible schedules and hours can work in conjunction with your full-time job. Excellent recurring seasonal position for a retired CPA/EA or similar practitioner. These positions will run yearly from January – April and enable the professional to establish long-term client relationships.
We are looking to add the right people to this already dynamic team. This position contributes to our customers' satisfaction by providing accurate tax preparation.
Position Description
Tax Professionals are responsible for preparing complete and accurate tax returns, explaining tax requirements and answering client questions while delivering outstanding professional, personal service.
The ideal candidate will have:
Active CPA / EA designation preferable.
Must have 2-3 years current professional tax experience –training will be on internal procedures and software.
Knowledge of business and personal (Federal and Minnesota) income tax and all corresponding forms.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
Professional and personal customer service.
