APARTMENT MANAGER with a minimum of two years experience for 144 units in Eagan Minnesota. Our Company supports a 4-DAY WORK WEEK of 38 hours and with a paid half hour lunch. Our salary range is $25-$30 hourly and is based on experience. Benefits consist of 100% PREMIUM PAID MEDICAL - DENTAL - LIFE INSURANCE, Earned Sick and Safe Time, PTO, and nine paid Holidays. Applicants must meet Minnesota compliance requirements in relation to background checks, have a valid drivers license, dependable vehicle, and valid vehicle insurance.
Duties consist of, but are not limited to: staff oversight (1 maintenance & 1 leasing agent / office assistant), daily operations for residents, leasing, maintenance, accounts receivable / payable approval, and operating within the means of an annual budget. Our property management operating software is Property Management X by MRI Software and supports a Resident Portal for maintenance and electronic rental payments.
