Daily Management duties for a 300 unit Self Storage facility in St. Paul
1. Customer Service
2. Computer Experience with software navigation (data entry)
3. Grounds Keeper/Mowing/Plowing/Shoveling etc.
4. Security
5. Collections/Evictions
6. Rental unit cleanout, must be able to lift 75 lbs
7. Forfeited Item Auction/Sale with big bonus opportunities

Saturdays / optional
Hours per week: 25 to 35

This a non smoking facility. Must pass a background check and have a valid drivers license.
With company protocols already in place, this position is pretty straight forward, and using those parameters you`ll get to run your own show. There is also room for serious additional income for those who can be creative in the processing and selling of forfeited items
