Winnesota Regional Transportation is looking for a new Service Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and loves working in a team environment. We are a small but growing company with a strong family feel. The right person for this role should be energetic, personable, and self-directed.
As a service coordinator at Winnesota, you will be involved in all aspects of the operation. Our service coordinators wear many hats, and play a role in Dispatching, Customer Service and customer Reporting. Primary responsibilities include the following:
Answer the telephone during all hours of scheduled shift.
Order entry, provide quotes, generate reports, and research order documents.
Support major accounts scheduled/daily orders with attention to detail and special requirements.
Process paperwork and file or mail accordingly.
Handle Special projects and customer support requests as directed.
Office duties including scanning, copying, filing, emailing as required.
General cleaning around the office as required.
Data enter product information into the warehouse management system (WMS) or CXT order entry database for assuring accuracy and completeness.
Customer reporting
Support operations team with overflow. I.e., Call drivers, track orders, update customers with order status, etc.
After-hours and weekend phone duty.

Winnesota operates 24 / 7 / 365 and are staffed accordingly. Employees are required to support after hours and on weekends, based on a rotating schedule.
