Description We are looking for accounts receivable specialist who is eager to start working as soon as possible! Please give us a call if you are open to going onsite!
Processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables’ data.
Preparing bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
Reconciling the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Verifying discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues.
Facilitating payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
Generating financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
Reviewing the receivables aging on a regular basis to ensure compliance.
Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction and swift resolution of issues and queries related to invoices or payments.
Assisting in month end reporting procedures.
Working closely with the sales and customer service department to ensure all invoicing related queries are resolved on time.
Providing administrative support as needed.
