Fellows are given the opportunity to gain practical experience through direct exposure and participation in a variety of administrative initiatives throughout the health system. Applicants should be confident, proactive, and able to navigate through the complexities of a large health system. Candidates should demonstrate excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to constructively handle ambiguity.The Fellowship will start in June 2025 and is an in-person position out of the Fairview Corporate Office in Minneapolis, MN. They will be exposed to work across the entire continuum of care and will have the chance to explore areas of personal interest. A desired goal of the program is to provide experiences that will position the fellow for future career development within Fairview Health Services.QualificationsRequired:

Master’s degree, preferably from a CAHME-accredited program, in one or more of the following fields of study or related degree programs: MHA, MBA, MHSA, MPH.
