About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Execution Consultant to join our team, supporting the design and build of a cutting-edge AI/ML and Generative AI-driven Sales Insights platform. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, developers, sales teams, and product partners to gather requirements, define user stories, and ensure the seamless development of features that leverage AI/ML technologies to drive actionable insights for our Commercial Bank sales organization. This opportunity is for someone who is passionate about the intersection of AI, data, and sales strategy to contribute to the next generation of intelligent sales insights platforms.In this role, your key responsibilities include:
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with key stakeholders including sales teams, product managers, data scientists, and technology developers to understand business needs, challenges, and goals related to sales insights.
Documentation: Translate business requirements into clear, concise, and comprehensive functional specifications, user stories, and process flows for the development and delivery of sales insights and next best actions.
Data Analysis: Work with data teams to ensure relevant data inputs (customer interactions, sales data, CRM data, etc.) are integrated into the platform, and analyze these data sets to understand patterns, trends, and key insights.
Platform Design Support: Partner with design and technical teams to ensure the platform's interface and functionalities align with user requirements, optimizing for usability and performance.
AI/ML Model Integration: Work alongside data scientists to ensure the integration of machine learning models and generative AI tools, providing feedback based on sales needs and ensuring these models offer actionable insights.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Support UAT efforts to validate that the platform meets business requirements and functions as intended.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving the platform through feedback collection, performance analysis, and staying updated on AI/ML trends in sales.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as point of contact between the business users and technical teams, facilitating communication, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in AI/ML-driven product development or data-focused environments.
Proven experience working on projects related to sales insights, analytics platforms, or CRM systems.
Strong understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI concepts and their practical applications in Financial Services.
Proficient in data analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable business terms and vice versa.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
