Job Title: Clinical Laboratory Technician (Relocation Required)Job DescriptionIn the Cell Kinetics lab, you will test for leukemia and lymphoma. The samples received are typically blood, bone marrow, and tissue specimens. The lab follows an 'assembly line' format in which the samples move through several stages including pipetting, aliquotting, centrifuging, and adding chemicals to the sample to isolate white blood cells. The white blood cells are then stained with antibodies and run on flow cytometers. Technicians can be trained on 3 different benches initially, with the opportunity to train on over 10 additional benches after being brought on as a permanent employee.Hard Skills
