These individuals will work within secondary market on closed loans on intermediate-level responsibilities. Reviews documentation on closed loans as required. Responsible to ensure compliance with Company policies and government regulations; evaluate documents to ensure no discrepancies causing undue risk to Well Fargo.Functions may include: resolve complex loan level issues; decision to approve loan for purchase, suspend loan, or recommend for non-purchase.Additional functions may include: process exceptions for incoming Collateral packages and perform virtual review of collateraldocuments.Required Qualifications:
6+ months of experience in one or a combination of the following: customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment
Desired Qualifications:
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results.
