Overview: Fredrikson is seeking to hire an associate attorney in our Data Protection, Cyber Security and Technology + Data Group with 2-5 years of experience within a law firm or in-house environment. The ideal candidate will have deep familiarity with, and experience advising companies regard, comprehensive privacy laws, including the CCPA, CPA, VCDPA, CTDPA, GDPR, etc. A practice primarily focused on data privacy compliance and security incident response/planning is a plus. CIPP certification preferred. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $205,000 - $240,000 / year.
