About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to join the Talent Acquisition Operations team. This highly collaborative position will operate as a liaison to implement and execute on Talent Acquisition activities in support of Executive Search team clientele. Furthermore, this role will partner with peers and other members of the team for completion of cross-functional Talent Acquisition activities.In this role, you will:
Liaise between cross-functional teams to achieve operational efficiencies
Work independently to make recommendations on operational efficiencies and process improvements that support the executive recruiting function and businesses
Assist in supporting third party and search firm contract management
Partner with executive recruiters to work through application process and streamlining the offer process
Provide secondary review of offer letters, contracts, and employment agreements to ensure compliance with regulatory and recruiting and hiring policy
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies, and procedures
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Respond to and address cases with moderate to high risk and complexity with high confidentiality
Provide in-depth consultation to all levels of management and support staff from early case planning through production and case close in high pressure situations handling multiple priorities
Analyze and advise management, and support staff of high risk and high exposure cases for Wells Fargo
Provide operational support, optimize efficiencies, and consistency
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years of Workday recruiting experience
Desired Qualifications:
3+ years full cycle recruiting experience
Experience with executive candidate management
Experience leading change management projects
Experience leading, managing, and implementing enterprise-wide initiatives
2+ years of legal operations and/or regulatory/compliance experience
Experience partnering and influencing Business Leaders, Recruiting Leaders, and HR partners.
Enterprise program management: needs assessment, developing strategy, influence, and execution
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
Global TA Operations Experience
Advanced Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Experience developing and delivering dynamic presentations using visualizations to translate data and metrics to concise storytelling
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience, Workday and Beamery highly preferred
Job Expectations:
Ability to work outside of regular business hours as needed
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
