Fitness Center Manager on Duty

Job Summary:Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean and orderly facility

Take the lead in responding to any emergency and be familiar with all emergency procedures

Consistently offer the highest level of personalized member customer service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude

Make multiple rounds of the entire facility during shift

During rounds, follow the Manager On Duty tasks

Notice and remedy unsafe conditions

Give tours to prospective or new members

Know and enforce guidelines in age and training restricted areas

Refill and restock items in the locker room and common areas as needed

Be familiar with the proper use of all equipment—cardio, strength, and free weights. If no trainer is present it is your responsibility to assist members

Know the location of and proper use of first aid supplies and AED units

Monitor team member activity

Other duties as needed

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)

Previous supervisory experience is a plus

CPR, First Aid & AED certification, or willing to obtain upon hire

Implements and monitors the individual timelines for each Application delivery project.Ensures that the systems\' direction meets the current and future business objectives of the Information Systems Department and NMDP.Resolves technical and business issues related to the Application portfolio and Application delivery projects.Provides oversight for the Application domain and cross-functional practices as assigned.Reports on-going status to the IT Leadership, Vice President IT Applications, CIO, Business Partners and periodically to the NMDP Directors and/or other audiences as needed, regarding open and future systems issues.Provides any necessary administrative functions. Knowledge of Federated Architecture and Model Driven Architecture principles is also helpful.
