2nd shift: 2-10pm M-FPay rate: $42.79/hr + $1.10/hr shift differentialAs an HVAC Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. You will work as part of a team to provide exceptional service to our customers in the Minneapolis, MN area. You will report directly to our HVAC Supervisor and you'll work out of our Minneapolis, MN location.In this role, you will have a significant impact on the comfort and safety of our customers by ensuring that HVAC systems are functioning efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, performing repairs and maintenance, and providing recommendations for system improvements.Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and replacing filters
Repair or replace defective components in HVAC systems
Provide recommendations for system improvements and energy efficiency
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.YOU MUST HAVE
High School Diploma
Successful completion of 18 months Air Conditioning-Refrigeration school course at Dunwoody or equivalent school and 24 months’ experience
Complete with a passing grade all applicable EPA Refrigerant Handling Certification tests up to and including Type III or Universal.
Acquire within 3.5 years, or possess a MN Power Limited Tech License.
