Position Overview: As a Sr Software Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, secure, and sustainable software solutions using the full software development life cycle. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating end-user stories into real working solutions, and mentoring team members on best practices and emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities: Full Stack Development: Utilize your extensive experience to develop full-stack enterprise-ready software solutions using the right technology languages, frameworks, and libraries. User Experience (UX) Design: Build visually appealing and user-focused solutions, ensuring an excellent user experience for both client and server technologies. Architecture and Security: Design client-side and server-side software aligned with current and future technology architecture and security contexts. Team Collaboration: Work within matrixed, cross-functional development teams, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively with a team or work independently. Solution Refinement: Translate end-user stories into real working software solutions, refining and implementing them into long-term solutions for business needs. Workload Management: Independently manage workload and prioritize tasks, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget. Documentation and Guidance: Write technical documentation and provide guidance to other developers, support, and business teams. Debugging and Troubleshooting: Unwrap, test, debug, troubleshoot, and update other developed software solutions using native tools. Best Practices and Deployment: Implement best practices and deployment methods, including pipelines and CD/CI solutions. Requirements Education: 2-year technical degree in information science, software development, or related field required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience: 10 years of relevant .Net Core experience within an enterprise software development environment. Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of common development technologies, including languages, libraries, and frameworks (C#, Javascript, XML, HTML/CSS, React, Angular, etc). Backend Technologies: Strong understanding of backend technologies enabling software solutions, including infrastructure (IIS, Microsoft SQL, Azure, etc).
