Description We are seeking a Production/Mailroom/Receptionist to join our team in the Financial Services industry located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a broad variety of administrative and staff support services. You will be tasked with the collection and interpretation of data to produce reports, coordinating meetings, presentations, and travel arrangements, and composing correspondence and other documentation as needed.Responsibilities: Perform a broad variety of administrative duties and staff support services for an assigned group or manager. Process a variety of confidential information and documents. Organize filing systems, photocopy documents, prepare correspondence and documents. Process incoming and outgoing mail. Order office supplies and business cards. Answer phones and perform front desk reception duties. Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned. Use PC software packages for word processing, spreadsheets, etc. Utilize skills such as Microsoft Word, Answering Multi-Line Phone System, Ordering Office Supplies, Microsoft Excel, Distribute Incoming Mail, Filing to perform tasks efficiently and accurately. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is a must Experience with answering multi-line phone systems is required Ability to order office supplies and manage inventory effectively Skills in distributing incoming mail and maintaining correspondence records Demonstrated experience in filing and organizing documents in a professional setting Excellent communication and customer service skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively Previous experience in a financial services or similar industry is desirable High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial transactions is a plus Flexibility to work in different shifts if required.If interested, please call us 612-338-3081Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
