Description We are in search of a Project Coordinator based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The primary function of this role is to provide sales support for a variety of clients, managing and coordinating their daily orders and projects. This role operates within the service industry and requires a high level of accuracy and consistent communication with clients and team members.Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage client orders, ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently. Utilize our order system to enter quotes and orders, ensuring high levels of accuracy. Consistently communicate order status, progress, and issues with the client and team. Collaborate with Sales to gather lead times from vendors and communicate expectations to clients. Review vendor acknowledgments to orders and resolve any discrepancies. Monitor and expedite shipping dates to meet client requirements, resolving any issues with vendors and shippers. Act as a resource to the project team, gathering information, solving problems, and communicating with vendors and other teams. Respond to clients' daily service requests in a timely and accurate manner. Assist in resolving vendor and client invoice discrepancies to ensure timely customer payments. Participate in project meetings as required based on the size, scope, and complexity of the project. Requirements Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Proven experience in a project coordination role within the service industry is desired. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
