HyperGen, Inc, on behalf of one of our direct client’s, is searching for a contract Project Manager to assist with the management of several project’s on the Property Tax Backlog.

Estimated start date: September 25, 2022
Estimated end date: March 2023

This position will be on site in Minneapolis, MN.
Project work includes:
  • Define project scope and objectives; prepare project charter and all required project management documents according to department standards.
  • Create and maintain project documentation such as charter, change forms, status reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and other communication items.
  • Review project deliverables; ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Ensure project compliance with internal or relevant external policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and guide project team and direct problem analysis and resolution.
Project deliverables include:
  • Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close BTSTax projects that successfully meet requirements on time.
  • Build collaborative and cohesive teams that work together successfully.
  • Manage and report status, risk, all project communication.
  • Follow department standards for documentation deliverables.
