Description We are on the lookout for a Financial Systems Consultant, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is offering a contract employment opportunity. As a Financial Systems Consultant, you will be instrumental in optimizing our use of Sage Intaact, automating processes, integrating bank systems, and creating reports. You will also be expected to ensure data accuracy and efficiency across all systems.Responsibilities Provide expertise in Sage Intaact, ensuring optimal use of the system across the organization. Implement new modules in Sage Intaact as needed. Assist in automating processes such as cash management, invoice creation, payments, and bank integration. Work closely with the team to migrate all invoicing to Sage. Create and maintain reports in Sage, moving away from standard off-the-shelf reports. Ensure accuracy and correctness when running consolidation reports. Utilize advanced Excel skills in managing and analyzing data. Work with foreign entities, ensuring seamless integration and data exchange.Requirements Demonstrated experience in a Project Manager role, preferably within the Systems domain Proficiency in Sage Intacct software is essential Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, particularly in data analysis and reporting Prior experience in handling consolidations is required Knowledge and understanding of foreign currency transactions Experience in cash management is necessary Ability to create detailed and comprehensive reports Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
