Description We are looking to hire a Property Administrator in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The primary function of this role will be to offer full administrative support to our team, handling duties such as scheduling events, assisting in lease administration, and ensuring the office is well-maintained. This role is part of the real estate industry and will be based in an office setting.Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing phone communications and organizing correspondence. Coordinate and schedule meetings or special events as required. Assist in lease administration activities, such as maintaining tenant contacts and insurance information, and generating reports. Contribute to the preparation and coordination of bid proposals, service contracts, and approved invoices. Assist the Property Manager in ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Prepare invoices for Property Manager's approval and maintain records for the same. Oversee the supply of office essentials and other items required for the smooth running of the office. Monitor contract administration software for the prompt and accurate completion of contract and certificates of insurance information. Maintain a follow-up system for contract and insurance certificate expirations. Oversee the property maintenance work order system and prepare monthly reports on the status of tenant work orders. Maintain the property purchase order system and lease and contract files. Foster and maintain positive relationships with tenants and clients. Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports as well as annual budget preparation. Process management and maintenance staff hours, tenant bill back invoices, and monthly meter readings through accounting. Review and approve check requests.
