Redeemer Health Care Center, a 4-star rated, 119-bed senior care campus in Uptown,is hiring Part-Time Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our compassionate team.In addition to our generous benefits, we're offering a $3,500 Bonus and we have NEW increased wages of $37.70 to $43.75 / hour!We are conveniently located on the bus line for an easy commute and offer off-street parking as well as a Metropass, a discounted bus pass, for you to use! We offer a great work / life balance! There are Part-Time, benefit eligiblepositions available working 8 hour shifts. Shifts: Days (6:30am to 3:00pm), Nights (NOC) (10:30pm to 7:00am) Part-Time is eligible for a $3,500 Bonus. Bonus payout will be discussed in the interview. Benefits:

Registered Nurse (RN)Responsibilities:
Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care plans for residents.
Recognizes and manages common geriatric syndromes common to aging adults: cardiovascular, respiratory, urinary, neurological, sensory and pain problems.
Supervises work performed by LPNs, TMAs, and Nursing Aides
Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
Works to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.
Registered Nurse (RN) Skills and Requirements:
Current Minnesota Registered Nurse license required.
CPR certified preferred or willing to get
Experience in Long Term Care preferred.
Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
