About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Sourcing Consultant to join the Supply Chain Management organization to specialize in the Corporate Real Estate and Corporate Real Estate goods and services category.Supply Chain Management aligns with business leaders across the enterprise to deliver the 'right' supply solutions, reduce expense, and manage third party risk. Our global team specializes in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, procure-to-pay, supplier diversity, and third-party risk management. We also connect with our communities through supplier diversity outreach and by embedding socially responsible strategies into our sourcing processes.Strategic Sourcing is an organization of Strategic Sourcing Professionals that work with and throughout the Enterprise to execute enterprise sourcing strategies, negotiate third party service provider (TPSP) contracts, mitigate TPSP contractual risks, reduce TPSP expenses, and provide TPSP market insight to ensure best in class sourcing practices.In this role, you will:

Lead and manage spend categories, develop strategies and negotiate contract for products, services, and suppliers

Contribute to category saving targets for multiple categories and supplier performance

Review and analyze contract data, business goals and market conditions to identify cost saving opportunities

Determine deal strategy and control all aspects of contract negotiations and cost-effective supplier assessments

Manage entire lease process from origination to final execution ensuring all required documents are received, filed, and executed

Maintain all lease administration systems and prepare all lease agreements and related contractual documents ensuring are in compliance with policies and procedures

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to ensure appropriate language is used to achieve final lease documents

Lead projects and mentor less experienced staff

Research and respond to internal or external inquiries

Required Qualifications, US:

4+ years of Sourcing, Procurement experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

4+ years of procurement contract negotiation experience focused on operational real estate goods and services.

Prior legal or paralegal experience preferred.

Knowledge and understanding of outsourcing vendors, facility management, and operational real estate services.

Ability to influence, consult and build relationships with Corporate Real Estate stakeholders.

Strong collaboration and partnering skills.

Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Previous financial services, insurance or regulated industry experience.

Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills

Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

Experienced with Ariba

Job Expectations:

Travel: 5-10%

AZ-Chandler: Min $84,000 Max $149,400

IA- West Des Moines: Min $84,000 Max $149,400

MN- Minneapolis: Min $84,000 Max $149,400

NC-Charlotte: Min $84,000 Max $149,400

May be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
