Description We are offering a long-term contract opportunity as a Sr Investments Operations Analyst based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States. In this role, you will be involved in various operational procedures associated with investments, including everything from reconciliation efforts to vendor relationship management.Responsibilities: Aid in the daily cash and security reconciliation processes as part of the implementation of the Investment Book of Record (IBOR) Conduct investment system pricing operations Provide support for derivative trading activities Facilitate market and broker onboarding, including the management of trading agreements Assist with trade support tasks such as affirmations, cash reporting, and failed trade research Support holdings management, including reconciliations, derivatives collateral, and corporate actions Coordinate multi-managed product trading processes with both internal and external portfolio managers Produce reports on positions and exposures Provide support for investment strategy changes and product alterations Create and develop new business processes as required Implement regulatory changes that impact investment functions Develop and maintain relationships with external partners such as brokers, custodians, and key vendors Conduct training for new staff members as necessary.Requirements Proficiency in Reporting, with the ability to analyze and present complex financial data. Strong background in Operations, with an emphasis on efficiency and productivity. Skilled in Research, with the ability to gather and analyze industry data. Experience in handling Cash Activity, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded. Solid understanding of Finance principles and practices. Experience in performing Reconciliations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. Strong understanding of Security protocols, particularly in relation to financial data. Ability to manage relationships with Vendors, including contract negotiation and onboarding. Experience in Onboarding new employees or partners, providing necessary training and resources. Ability to Perform Ad Hoc Financial analyses as required. Experience in Implementation of new processes or systems. Skills in Forecasting, with the ability to predict market trends and financial outcomes. Ability to work with Partners, fostering collaborative relationships. Problem-solving skills to Resolve Issues that may arise in operations or transactions. Ability to manage Daily Deposit operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
