Sr Program Manager (Space)

Join a team of development program professionals to manage & lead Honeywell programs. You will work under minimal supervision of the CBT leader, to execute development programs of significant size & complexity to achieve scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality requirements while demonstrating mastery of program management skills and thorough understanding of multiple workstreams (of functions and Centers of Excellence). You will lead the strategic pursuits and execution of Space based Optical Communications programs that are complex in nature and span several major domestic and worldwide locations, requiring coordination of technology development and production across locations. You will define, generate & implement program plans. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage key proposals

Customer management

Define & Generate Program Plans

Drive on time execution

Understand budget/schedule

Adhere to the IPDS process

Execute the Management OS

Collaborate, Direct, Lead

Coordinate with Functions

Facilitate forecast analysis

Facilitate capacity analysis

Mentor members of team

Present programmatic details

Summarize key issues & actions

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in Program Management for complex engineering development programs.

At least 2 years of experience in business development.

Lead Cross Functional Collaboration, Communicate &Influence

Provide guidance & Coaching to peers and team members
