Lancer Hospitality seeks an experienced and skilled assistant food service manager for our multi-faceted food service operation at the Como Zoo. This position will be responsible for ensuring that the outlet under their supervision is providing friendly, quick and helpful service, the food that is being served is freshly prepared, hot and meets menu specifications, and the appearance and condition of food stations are clean, organized and well-stocked at all times.
Qualified individual must have an excellent record of customer service, the ability to demonstrate leadership skills, and excellent oral communication skills. The preferred candidate has at least one year of supervisory experience in a quick service or fast food setting and is available weekends and evenings and some holidays during the summer months.
This is a full-time, year-round, hourly wage position with an excellent opportunity for professional growth and advancement.
