Your Impact

As CRG’s Assistant General Manager/Support your core responsibility will be to create and maintain a positive environment for both staff and guests. As the Assistant General Manager/Support you will collaborate with the General Manager to manage labor costs, implement policies and procedures, and supervise all Front the House (FOH) staff.

Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to:

1) Supervision: Assist in the supervision of all FOH staff and create team buy-in through…

- Overseeing all store operations in the absence of a General Manager

- Delegating tasks to employees

- Continuously coaching with constructive feedback

- Collaborating with executive team to ensure staff training objectives have been met

- Assisting with hiring, training and discipline

- Enacting shift cuts and employee breaks

- Collaborating on the FOH schedule

2) Guest Experience: Maintain CRG hospitality standards through …

- Serving as an expert on CRG’s hospitality standards and consistently educating and holding staff accountable to these standards

- Acquiring a deep understanding of CRG’s service model and online ordering system

- Participating in on the floor service, particularly during peak hours

- Actively looking for ways to assist and interact with guests

- Assisting with customer complaints

- Maintaining consistency and quality control across all CRG food and beverage

3) Daily Operations: Uphold quality and consistency through…

- Implementing company-wide procedures and standards of operation including but not limited to expo and take-out protocol, allergens procedure, and refunds/re-fires

- Problem-solving tech issues as they arise with a calm and in-charge demeanor

- Assisting with managing labor costs

- Overseeing safety and sanitation standards during shifts

- Serving as a confidant and representing a unified management team with the General Manager

- Exhibiting professionalism, accountability, poise and compassion

- Internalizing a responsibility for developing oneself and staff

- Participating in other management meetings when necessary

- Executing clear communicated parameters around tip-pool eligible hours and manager hours
