Esker Grove, located in the Walker Art Center, is looking for a Sous Chef. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic who care about maintaining high quality standards. Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work in a team setting. Consistent execution with attention to detail and ability to take direction are essential. Preferably has 2 years + experience in a fast paced settings.

Requirements include but not limited to:
Sous Chef or Chef experience.
Stable work history, no more than 2 jobs in the last 4 years.
Strong leadership, integrity, communication, delegation, and organization skills.
Oversee all BOH operations, controlling labor & products, using computers, email and etc.
Open availability, days, nights, weekends, holidays.
