This is a lead position for an experienced BOH professional. 58k-70K depending on ability and talent.
Hiring Pm Lead Line Cook/Manager (of 4 cook line.)
Wed-Sun2:45pm-11pm “ish” (off Mon-Tue)
Must be able to cook Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Must be willing to assign and oversee tasks, food presentation, quality of food being provided by BOH employees.
