Location Information
Saint Therese offers a continuum of care and services available in a person's own home or in one of our five Twin Cities communities: New Hope, Brooklyn Park, Shoreview, Robbinsdale and Woodbury.
Since 2016, Saint Therese of Woodbury is our youngest community. Social vibrancy, distinctive living spaces and a continuum of care blend to create a unique senior living experience. We offer 216 independent, assisted living and memory care apartments; 56 skilled and transitional care suites. The Redwoods Senior Apartments, joined the campus in late 2017.
Responsibilities
Job Title: Nursing Assistant ( NAR, CNA )
Status: Regular, non-exempt
Type: Full and Part-Time
Shift: Full and part-time positions on Days, Evenings and Overnights
Qualifications
Education: Successful completion of a State approved program in compliance with the
Nurse Assistant Training Act. Must be registered with the State of Minnesota.
Experience: 1 year of direct care experience preferred
Special knowledge, skills and abilities:
â¢Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal regulations
â¢Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
â¢Ability to accurately plan and carry out assignments without direct supervision
â¢Proven history of good judgement, integrity and consideration to others
â¢Maintained awareness and sensitivity to resident needs, interests, and abilities
â¢High level of commitment to compassionate customer serviceÂÂ
â¢Ability to meet the physical demands of position, including lifting over 50 lbs. while transferring a resident
