Solace Counseling Associates (SCA) is a comprehensive mental health practice committed to delivering high-quality care to individuals, couples, and families. By handling marketing and administrative support, SCA enables our therapists to focus on what they do best—helping clients achieve positive outcomes and mental wellness.
We are excited to expand our network of licensed providers in Minnesota and welcome both independently licensed and associate-licensed therapists. Therapists at SCA can choose either a 1099 contractor or W-2 employee arrangement, with complete autonomy over their schedules and no minimum caseload requirements.
Compensation and Benefits
1099 Contractor Compensation: 70/30 Fee split
W-2 Employee Benefits: Competitive salary with a robust benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance, and continuing education allowance
Guaranteed bi-weekly payments via direct deposit

Minimum Qualifications
Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), associate license (LAMFT, LPC, etc.), or similar in Minnesota
Ability to work in-person at our Delano, MN location
