Job Opportunity for a Private home health / companion Aide. This position is available on Tuesdays from 9AM - 6PM, with the option to expand days / hours if desired. The successful candidate will be responsible for the health and well-being of a husband and wife couple in their 90’s who live with their daughter and have 6 attentive children that stop by. Duties will include assisting with hygiene (bathroom / shower), preparing meals, medication management, supervised walking, memory and hand-eye coordination activities (puzzles, exercises, etc…), sing along, musicals, old time shows (Andy Griffith, Sound of Music) and lite cleaning as needed. Outgoing, friendly demeanor is important to build a relationship with them.
The position offers competitive pay. A background check and referrals are required.
