Private Duty Home Health Care Nursing Position caring for 31-year-old male, primarily in client's home. Client is nonverbal and has cerebral palsy, spastic quadriplegia, and related conditions. Client likes to go on walks, listen to music and audio books, and watch movies. No trach or vent.
Shifts are primarily in client's home. Home was built to meet client's needs, and is fully-adapted with lifts in ceilings, expanded bedroom and shower, separate therapy room, screened-in porch, elevator, etc. Weekday shifts should eventually include accompanying client to day program provider, once that program resumes.
Currently seeking one or more part-time RNs or LPNs to work one or more of the following shifts (please let us know which of these shifts you would like to work):
1) Total of three to four weekend days per month:
(a) Saturdays 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; and/or
(b) Sundays 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
2) Monday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday:
(a) 7:30 a.m. to 9 / 9:30 p.m.; or
(b) 7:30 a.m. to 3 / 4 p.m.
3) Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Friday: 3:00 p.m. to 9 / 9:30 p.m.
Salary is competitive, with additional $1,000 Bonus paid after 12 months of employment, and higher hourly rate for weekends.
