If you're looking for a fun and flexible work environment then keep reading! I'm a female quadriplegic looking for a female part time PCA (29 hours per week). The shifts are evenings Monday through Friday, and every other weekend morning and evening. The hours are flexible! I'm very easygoing and fun to work for. I have longevity with my PCA's. My current PCA's have been with me for 12 and 6 years. My evening gal is going to be going to college, therefore, she will not be able to continue working for me. I have two fun, lovable dogs. They are hypoallergenic, and do not shed.
Your responsibilities would be: Meal prep and cooking. Errands and light housekeeping. In the evenings I need assistance with getting ready for bed. On the weekends I need help with getting up and ready for the day. For getting in and out of my chair, a non-weight baring transfer is required. Starting pay is $20 an hour, $24 after 3 months. No experience needed, training will be provided.
