Krengel Dental is seeking a Full-Time Patient Care Coordinator for our growing dental practice in Bloomington!
We are a fast-paced, centrally located, modern dental office looking for a dependable, outgoing person with strong organizational skills and a great attitude to join our team! Dental experience is helpful; Open Dental experience is a plus!
Daily tasks will include but are not limited to:
-Answering phones
-Efficiently scheduling appointments (including hygiene and doctor appointments)
-Checking patients in/out; collecting patient payments
-Coordinating Insurance Benefits/Following up on outstanding claims
