· Over night shifts
The hours for this case are as follows: Available hours Monday-Sunday Nights 7PM-5Am. Both Full Time and part time hours are available.
Responsibilities:
Administer nursing care to client
Help maintain patients' treatment plans
Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
Maintain accurate patient medical records
Provide advice and support to patients and their family members
One-on-one nursing care in the home environment
Qualification:
Work from a place of caring compassion and honoring the dignity of all clients.
RN or LPN Minnesota License
Ability to build rapport with patients
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
