Our 907 Dale Street (42 unit) Apartments are in need of a part-time Maintenance person!
Must have experience and able to attend to the tasks in the list below for this position;
-Plumbing
-Electrical
-Painting
-Flooring Installation
-Fixture and appliance installation
-Able to lift up to 75 pounds
-General upkeep and troubleshooting
We are looking to fill this position right away! Please E-mail me your resume and contact information. Interviews will be conducted onsite. A typical work week will be 10-15 hours. $25-$35 an hour depending on experience. We want to fill this position for the long-term, so please if you're just looking for a summer gig do not apply.
