Hello we are seeking to hire a part time cleaning person to help us clean apartments after they turn over. Please read the entire ad before you reply, thank you.
The position requires attention to detail as we expect our apartments to be delivered in a very clean condition when we turn them over to a new person.
You should be comfortable with
-Scrubbing tile bathtub surrounds and scrubbing out porcelain bathtubs
-Scrubbing toilets and cleaning bathrooms very well
-Cleaning kitchens very well
-Scrubbing out the insides of refrigerators that might have sticky stuff inside of them
-Scrubbing out stoves that might be very greasy or dirty
-Cleaning windows
-Standing on small step ladders to clean ceiling fans or light fixtures
-Standing on small step ladders to replace light bulbs
-Being able to use Mr. Clean Magic Erasers to remove scuffs or marks from walls
-Use a carpet cleaning machine to clean carpets good
-Carry large mop buckets up and down stairs and be able to mop floors well
-Use other floor cleaning machines as needed.
This cleaning position does require a fair amount of physical strength since you will need strength to clean areas that might be dirty. We encourage all to apply but this is not a job that would work well for an older person or person who might have any physical limitations or mobility issues.
We provide all materials as needed. We never ask our cleaning people to provide cleaning materials or cleaning machines.
Pay is going to be anywhere from 15-20 dollars per hour. We are thinking it would be 10-15 hours or so per month and it's normally always going to be on the last day or the month or the 1st day of the month.
So this is a good position who anyone who might be looking for a little extra part time work at the end of the month or start of the month only. If you are a good cleaner and need more work we will talk to our friends and see if we can find you any other work.
