We are seeking a construction handyman to help with final touch-up items on our house flips. The location of the projects is always within 20 minutes of downtown Minneapolis/St. Paul.
Work consists of 40 hours/week, 50 weeks a year. Skills necessary include light painting, sheetrock work, carpentry, trim doors, hardware, hinges, knobs, carpet, trim, and appliance installation. Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site each day.
Pay is $20-$35/hour depending on skill set with opportunities for overtime and weekend work if desired (not necessary).
