What You'll Do
As a Construction Operations Assistant, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our projects run seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating with the Project Manager for daily deliveries, pickups, and punch list items.
Ensuring all materials are delivered to job sites on time and in excellent condition.
Maintaining clean and organized job sites that reflect our commitment to quality and professionalism.
Managing inventory and ensuring tools, materials, and resources are readily available.
Supporting the completion of final punch lists and ensuring all work meets Lakeside Decking's high standards.
Organizing and maintaining warehouse and outdoor storage spaces.
Assisting with logistics, safety protocols, and problem-solving on projects.
Attending weekly team meetings and contributing to our shared goals.

Qualifications
Proven experience in construction, logistics, or operations.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift and move materials over 50 lbs. as needed.
Familiarity with inventory management and construction materials.
Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
