Merlot Farm has position open for horse caretaker. Shifts needing to be filled are Friday pm, Saturday am and pm and Sunday am. Am shifts are normally approx. 4.5 hour shifts and pm shifts are approx. 3 hour shifts. Would like someone who lives in area of Carver and Chaska.
We share holidays and need ability to fill in on occassion.
Job description includes all aspects of horse care and barn care. Includes but not limited to feeding, watering, cleaning stalls, grooming, moving/handling, cleaning barn, etc.
Experience necessary, able to lift 50 lbs., drivers license necessary, none smoker, able to work independently, and adapt to how our farm cares for horses.
