Pay: $18–$20/hour based on experience
90-Day Review: Performance-based pay increase opportunity
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (40+ hours/week as needed)
What You’ll Do
- Install insulation in residential and commercial buildings
- Work safely in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas
- Use ladders and tools to complete tasks at various heights
What You’ll Need
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
- Comfort working in small or elevated spaces
- Reliability and willingness to work full-time hours
