General Pattern Co. is seeking to fill roles within our Quality Control Team with candidates who enjoy a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Full-time, 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm.
Starting wage is $22 - $23 per hour, depending on experience.
RMA logistics
Quality training and 90-day training for employees in injection molding departments
Field questions from Quality Inspectors
Audit Inspectors and line audit
Organize and create retains
Assist with tooling samples
Maintain quality files on each product produced and be able to perform first-article inspections
Work with set-up technician lead operator and press operator personnel to ensure all customer requirements are met or exceeded.
Escalate quality concerns to the shift supervisor and Quality Manager
Pay attention to quality details in parts and report discrepancies
Communicate in a professional manner any quality concerns to all personnel
Work with press operators to correct quality defects
Update quality files and documents as required
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints or control drawings and use various measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, etc., to make and record critical measurements
Excellent Attendance Practices
Excellent Communication Skills (both written and verbal)
Organized & Neat
Able to lift 15 - 20 lb. regularly
Able to stand, sit, walk, stoop and bend
Able to use hands and fingers to reach and grasp
Must have reliable transportation
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Experience in a warehouse environment with moderate noise levels
