Key Responsibilities:
Capture photos and videos at job sites for social media content (primarily Facebook and Google Business)
Create and schedule posts for social media and email/text marketing
Assist with miscellaneous tasks, including posting permit photos and occasional bank runs
Collaborate with the team to develop creative content ideas
Support lead generation efforts with optional door-to-door opportunities for additional earnings
Compensation:
$18 - $20 per hour (15-20 hours per week, flexible schedule)
Optional Off-Time Earnings:
o Earn $250 for each confirmed appointment you set outside your regular work hours
o Earn an additional $500 for each appointment that converts into a completed job
Ideal Candidate:
Some experience with social media (especially Facebook) and basic marketing skills preferred
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
Reliable transportation for site visits and miscellaneous tasks
